While we currently only accept payment through online banking, we are trying our best to establish more payment options including Credit / Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard) in the future.

We accept COD service within IPOH AREA ONLY.

If you wish to cancel your placed order for any reasons, please contact us immediately at +6011 5883 4649. We will process your order cancellation within 5 working days. Do inform us your order number and we will do everything we can to accommodate to your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process/ transit to reach you.

ED SHOP IPOH reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper affiliated authorities/ department in charged for further investigations.

West Malaysia: RM10 flat rate

East Malaysia: RM30 for first 3kg.

For orders outside Malaysia, please contact us on Whatsapp at +601158834649 and our personal shoppers will assist you for the order.

West Malaysia: 2-5 working days

East Malaysia: 5-12 working days

*please note that the delivery time commences from the day the payment is made.
